I absolutely loved working with Modern Elegance Real Estate for the purchase of my second home. Though you wouldn’t think it to look at her, Mary brings 30 years of contracting and real estate experience to the table. She noticed several things about the first few homes that I even missed (I used to work construction). The fact that she didn’t hesitate to call these things out, knowing that it would cause me to pass on the homes, was confirmation that I was dealing someone who puts my needs before her sales.
Her daughter Ashley is a trooper. No matter, how many homes we looked at, or what time of day (she was very accommodating of my schedule), she showed up with a smile on her face, often a Starbucks in hand, and not a hair out of place; eager to see as many homes as I had time to see. Mary recently represented me in selling my home in Puyallup and buying a new one. She worked tirelessly for a year showing me homes and giving me her very honest and well thought out advice on each home.
