My career in real estate developed through my interest and passion for home building and construction. For over 25 years I worked in the residential construction industry as a project manager for Benum Custom Homes and held my general contractors license in the state of Washington. During my tenure, I developed skills and knowledge that take a lifetime to achieve. Understanding suitable building sites on vacant land to luxury custom homes has given me and my clients the advantages we need to be successful in our real estate endeavors.
I chose to enter the real estate business to offer these services and skills so that I could continue to share the enjoyment and fulfillment I once did as a custom home builder. I pride myself on working hard with each of my clients and serving them in what their needs are. It is a very rewarding experience and a privilege to have had so many positive experiences.
For many years, I managed and ran retail stores with upwards of 200 employees and multi-million-dollar revenues. I oversaw all operations of these businesses from finances to scheduling. Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, I take my skills and world experience into the real estate business.
With a husband, family and friends in the construction industry, I was fortunate enough to have a vast knowledge of home building to home buying/selling early on. You could say, with my experiences, real estate has come rather naturally.

I decided to enter the real estate business after I purchased my first home. I knew at that time I could be a valuable and successful entrepreneur. Every day is spent enjoying working with families around Puget Sound finding the perfect home. There is nothing more enjoyable than handing over keys to a happy, smiling, excited families home.
I have served in the construction industry and a Car Service Advisor for the last 10 years. I have received a service record score from my peers of 100% for handling over 110 clients and service personnel on a daily basis. It is there that I found my desire to help manage people with their needs in servicing their vehicles and the pressure that may come with it.
My background in these fields has made me a better listener and problem solver for my clients in that profession.
